If you missed it, the link to the full Trust & Safety webinar recording is available here!

We held the second installation of our creator webinars on Tuesday, April 29, 2025 – on the topic of Creating Safe Spaces on Passes. You can view the recording by clicking here!
What Do We Mean by "Creating Safe Spaces"?
We care deeply about the content uploaded to Passes because the type of content in our communities determines how people feel while on our platform.
To safeguard the wellness of the online communities on Passes, we have dedicated processes at each step in the content flow:
Our Community Guidelines are a valuable creator tool to guide content creation in alignment with Passes' content moderation criteria, to promote positive creator-fan communities.
To make them easy to read, our Community Guidelines are written in plain English and organized into clear categories. If you haven't read them yet, check them out by clicking here!
Content Moderation
We have a 2-layer content moderation process. Layer 1 uses best-in-class AI tools to review content when it's uploaded, whereas Layer 2 is reviewed by a human agent, verifying the accuracy of the AI classification and updating if needed.
To give creators more visibility into the status of their content, we removed the status "flagged" and replaced it with more detailed statuses:
DM/Members Only content can be shared via DMs or on a creator's wall. If posted on the wall, they will only be visible to subscription-holders.
Banned Content is content found in breach of our Community Guidelines or Terms of Service and cannot be shared on Passes.
Appeals
To give creators more control over their content, we've added the new Appeals tool. Content can be appealed within the Vault by clicking the Appeal button on the content.
Appeals are prioritized within our moderation queues and will be reviewed within 24 hours.
