Passes Presents: LA Tech Week Hackathon 2024
Calling all engineers, designers, and generalists!
We're excited to announce that Passes will be hosting the LA Tech Week Hackathon on October 19th and 20th at our brand-new 22k square foot HQ!
We’re partnering with LA Tech Week (hosted by A16Z) for this two-day event where participants will have the chance to showcase their ideas and bring them to life alongside an elite group of judges and mentors.
This event is a highlight of LA Tech Week, a week-long celebration organized by venture capitalists and startups. It brings together industry leaders, visionaries, and innovators to explore technological advancements, discover new trends, network, and acknowledge the city’s influence on the global tech ecosystem.
The event will be filled with fun and interactive sponsorship, judging and hacking opportunities. Experiences include $10K+ in prizes (and growing), free food all day and night, showers, lockers and blankets if you decide to sleep on site, surprise activations, and more!

Do you have a groundbreaking idea you’d like to showcase? Apply to be a participant before August 31st at the link here, While you will apply individually, teams will be comprised of 1-4 people. Participants will be notified of their acceptances shortly after filling out the questionnaire and following the RSVP instructions. Spots are limited so we encourage you to sign up ASAP!
