How to Unsend a Mass Message

• Go to Analytics 👉 Messages
• Find the message you want to unsend—hover over the Text and Attachments columns to preview the content
• Click "Actions" in the rightmost column.
• Select "Unsend."

What About Fans Who Already Purchased?

They keep the content. Once a fan has unlocked and paid for a message, unsending it won't remove it from their account.
