Seth has been at the forefront of scaling Passes by driving rapid growth and implementing his expertise in business development and strategy.
Q: What's your star sign
Sagittarius scorpio cusp – thought I have no idea what that means.
Q: Current obsession?
Optimizing my sleep. I'm a dad to two toddlers, so I get very little of it, and I do everything I can to protect it. AMA about mouth tape and breathing nasal strips.
Q: What's your favorite thing about working at Passes?
My favorite thing about Passes are the people. To me, there's not much point to life if you're not spending it with people who are excited and inspired by, and we've been really intentional in making sure we have a group of really thoughtful, inspiring people.
Q: If you could describe the Passes team in 3 words, what would they be?
Thoughtful, energetic, relentless
Q: What's a tip or trick you think more creators should know about the platform?
Don't sleep on our analytic tools and automations (which is not the same thing as AI!) Our tools are powerful, but like any tool, you have to explore them to maximize their potential.
Hiseo oversees the life cycle of all of our products, from ideation to launch. When she's not in serious work mode, you can find her humming her favorite tunes at her desk or raving about her latest food hyper fixation.
Q: What's your morning routine?
I get up, check Slack for anything urgent, film a GRWM in my head, scurry to beat the morning traffic, grab a coffee from Project Bloom, and organize my to-dos for the day.
Q: What's your go-to song when you need a boost of energy?

Q: What's one thing you've learned since joining Passes that really surprised you?
How hands-on our leadership team is! No task is too small, no idea is too out there. It creates a culture where collaboration really thrives.
Q: What's a tip or trick you think more creators should know about the platform?
There's two things creators should be using all the time IMO. First in analytics, you can unsend mass messages from fans who haven't purchased yet and reuse the same content with a new caption to boost earnings. Second, auto-delete and skip recent chats should always be toggled on to prevent message fatigue from happening with fans. With the new updated mass message experience, we've auto-enabled these settings for you!

The Fourth Wing series by Rebecca Yarros. Just read it.
Q: What's your go-to song when you need a boost of energy?
Anything by Måneskin. Instant energy.
Q: What's your morning routine?
I usually get up early, go to the gym for tennis or pilates, then walk to a coffee shop for a proper coffee. I refuse to buy a machine so I have an excuse to get outside.
Q: How do you like to spend your time outside of work?
Going to concerts, finding new artists, and keeping up with the music scene. I also do gymnastics, dance, and tennis. And when I have extra time, I like taking courses in design, coding, or business... just to keep learning.
Q: What's your favorite thing about working at Passes?
The creative freedom. You can pitch an idea and actually build it.
Q: What project or feature are you most excited about right now?
We're working on redesigns for some of the most loved features. It's all about improving how they look, feel, and function.
Q: What's one thing you've learned since joining Passes that really surprised you?
How quickly things go from idea to live. There's not a lot of overthinking, which I love.
Q: If you could describe the Passes team in 3 words, what would they be?
Smart, curious, fast-moving.
Q: What's a tip or trick you think more creators should know about the platform?
Mass Messaging has way more depth than most people realize. Features like skipping chats, message expiry, and templates make it super flexible. Paired with automated welcome messages (utilizing drip campaigns), it's one of the easiest ways to stay consistent and boost earnings without burning out.
